Spartez Custom Template Printing Crashes

Hi, new to Trello and am using the Agile Cards - Spartez Custom Template power up. On occassion it crashes when trying to print. If I just print without choosing Open in Preview first the images do not print or the report is blank altogether when printing. If I choose Open in Preview the images will usually show up and print but often times it just crashes and the preview never opens. I am using a Mac not sure if that matters. Anyone have any experience with this that might be able to help?
