Sub group in Trello

Hello,

I am working in a Christian Foundation and we are undergoing reorganisation with a new director.

Trello was chosen as a tool of communication among the different departments. 

We have created boards for each head of department  and would like to create "sub group" where the head of each section get to communicate with his/her own team .. 

As I have never used Trello before, and i am learning each day ... i am kind of lost...

I would appreciate if someone can help me ?

Trello doesn't currently support sub-boards, or boards within boards.  But Trello does have teams.  You can set up a team for each department head and invite them to that team. Then you can create the boards specific to that department head within the team.

There's free teams, which are limited to 10 boards per team.

There's Business Class teams which have enhanced features, and unlimited boards
