Subscription for Premium Annual Vs Monthly

If we pay for Premium on monthly basis and are happy with it can we then convert to an upfront Annual payment ?

Yes, you definitely can convert to upfront Annual payments from the monthly subscription. Based on experience, I would suggest performing this conversion near to your next monthly renewal.
