Sychronize Cards on different Boards

I have to provide updates for a similar card item existing in multiple boards. So, want to know if it is possible to synchronize the updates, as i update them individually now. Any help would be appreciated.

There's a service called Unito that will allow you to sync cards between boards. It does have a monthly service fee, but is free for 14 day trial.
