If there a option to have a custom email with personalized email address sent every time a card is moved from one column to Done?

You can create email alerts with Rules in Butler. However, emailing with Butler is a paid feature.

@Cassandra Schiller That, I am not 100% sure on. I would suggest looking into Butler Variables to see if you could somehow put the email you want on the card, then have Butler extract that data to use as the receiver's email. Perhaps you could put the email as the description, or maybe as a label.
