The cover image scrolling along in beta obstructs screenspace when viewing cards

The cover image allows us to quickly find the card we're looking for, but after clicking the card there's no more use for it. I checked, and this is true for every one of the dozen or so cards that I am working on, it's a visual reminder of the product or feature being discussed and that's it.

From that point of view, it does not make sense for me to have it scrolling along, can I switch it off in the beta?

If you’re referring to the new Trello layout, it is possible to opt out of the beta version for now, as shown in the image below:

However, please note that the new layout will eventually be rolled out to all users. Some users are already using the updated layout with no option to switch back.
