The users I have invited to my board cannot see the power-up that I added

I created a power-up on an 'Issues List' board that I created.  The intent of the power-up is to move the card to another column when the designated issue has been fixed.  The users that I invited to my board cannot see the power-up that I added.  The button that completes my power-up action is not visible on the cards for them but I see them fine.
