I'd like to know if it's possible to customise the timeline. For example, to sort the order in which members appear in the timeline.

Hello. Thanks for your post! The members will appear in the timeline in the order they were added to the card. There is not a way to reorder the members once they have been added. As a workaround, you can remove the members from the card and add them back in the order you wish to view them in the timeline.  We hope this info helps. Let us know if you have questions!
