Hi,
we set up a rule to send an email with 'Due date' Trello date/time. The logic of this rule is when a card is moved from one column to another in Trello, then an email is sent using a Gmail account and Zapier. The field 'Due date' is specified in the email as the date and time of a specific event (is the main data of the email)
The Time zone is configured GMT+02:00 Madrid/Europe in Both (Trello and Zapier) However when the email is sent, the time zone that shows the email is GMT 00.00
How can we fix it?
Thank you
Hi Lourdes,
Is this rule set up with Zapier? If so, it could be that this might be something that you'll need to discuss with Zapier. Zapier uses our API to get the due date, and this is provided in UTC (which is why it makes sense that you see this as GMT). Therefore, it could be that Zapier is able to process this information into a timezone that works for you.
Thanks,
Ryan
