Timeline Question

I have a timeline question.  I want the timeline to be very simple, without other lists shown in the timeline. For instance, can Trello do this?  I attached something I found online for reference.  I guess I want to be able to see 6 list, but only see certain list in the timeline.  Hopefully, I am explaining this correctly. 

If possible do I setup labels to do this for each phase?

I am Kathrin, a marketing manager at Planyway. Planyway team planner has an option of timeline view that makes project monitoring much easier.

This add-on is really intuitive in general, and there you will see a timeline, that you'll be able to group by lists, and select the lists you'd like to work with.

You can group projects, cards by assigned member, label, list, or board.

Hi @Natasha Vassallo – You can definitely set up your board to work with your project management during all phases. The timeline view has a few options you can tweak to adapt to your team's workflow. For example, you can view your timeline by day, week, month, quarter, or year. You can also choose if you want to view your timeline by lists, members, labels, or none. 

The way you're going to use the timeline view it's going to depend on how you want to use it. For instance, if you want to set up a timeline similar to the image, you could create a "master" board that inherits the information from the project boards, giving you a comprehensive view of how your project phases are going so far. 

Alternatively, if you don't want to create multiple boards for this purpose, you can start using Power-Ups. You can think of Power-Ups as "extensions" to your Trello board. They add new features to your board, enhancing your experience and integrating it with other products.
