Hello,
Today, I had the nasty surprise that Trello and Atlassian stopped working with my VPN. I registered for a paid subscription, but that didn't help. Also, I am unable to raise a ticket or contact a human being. Customer service is absolutely terrible.
I would like to know why Atlassian started blocking my VPN and whether this is a mistake or a policy they intend to continue using. Because if it is I will start looking for alternatives.

The day after I subscribed I was able to raise a ticket, so I did it. But after a couple of days, things started working again as usual...
You can close the ticket you opened for me.
