Trello Board suddenly closed

Hello, 

My board suddenly closed and I am getting the following message:

"You’re a member of this board, but only board admins are able to reopen it. Please contact support for assistance."

I am the admin for this board, and need access to it. What are the steps I should take in order to open it? TY!

I am raising a support ticket to further assist you with this issue, and you will receive an email shortly from our side

I've checked our records  and two boards are closed in recent months.It appears that the sole admin of that board and Workspace was inactive beyond our dormant account period, and the user's Trello profile was scheduled for deletion. This doesn't delete the board, but since the Workspace was deleted, the board was closed.
