Dear Atlassian Support,
We are experiencing issues with receiving Trello email notifications to our domains: REMOVED and REMOVED. The emails are not being delivered at all, not even to the spam/junk folder.
Our email hosting provider (cyberfolks.pl) has confirmed that the issue is caused by your sending mail server IP address, REMOVED, being listed on the hostkarma.junkemailfilter.com blacklist.
Could you please investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to have this IP address removed from the aforementioned blacklist to restore email delivery to our domains?
