Hello, I have a question.
I have created a board with several members. But the members do not get anything displayed under "Home". That would be important so that everyone can see the appointments at a glance. Is there a way to do this?

Hm, it sounds like your team members might not be added to any cards on the boards currently.
The home page has some specific conditions for cards to populate, which you can find here: https://help.trello.com/article/1119-the-home-page

You should start by adding your team members to some cards with due dates which should start generating some more details on their home pages.
