I have had a Trello account for several years now and had stopped using it. Now that my company is using Microsoft Teams, we are using Trello again. I added the plugin app to our Microsoft Teams channel and logged into my existing account and created a new board within Microsoft Teams. When I login to my Trello account via web browser, I do not see my board. I confirmed the username is the same in both instances. Why would it not be available in Trello online?
This happens a lot. Usually, the board ends up linked to a different Trello account, sometimes Teams creates a new one with your work email, even if it looks the same. Check the email under your Trello profile in both Teams and your browser.
If they match, try copying the board link from Teams and opening it in your browser. If you get an error, it’s probably an account mix-up. I had to re-invite my main Trello account once to fix this. Logout/login can help too.
