Since yesterday, Trello hasn't been working on my PC or mobile app unless I use a VPN. Could something have gone wrong? Is it possible that Trello's firewall has blocked my IP or account? I used different internet connections and devices as well but didn't help. It used to be working great. I tried clearing cache and restart the connections although two different connections were used and followed basic recommendations. I logout from mobile and it didn't let me login
Hi @Salam Experts , welcome to the community!
We are seeing similar issues reported, and we are checking with our engineering team. In the meantime, could you provide a bit more information?
From which location are you trying to access Trello?
Have you tried to see if the same issue occurs in an incognito window?
Can you try accessing Trello from a different browser and clear the cache?
If you try to access Trello via a VPN, are you able to do so? If yes, what VPN are you using?
Could you let me know if the issue is specific to Trello, or if you’re unable to access any other Atlassian products (e.g., id.atlassian.com)?
Thank you.
Hi @Sakshi Verma
we are having the same issue.
Location: Pakistan
Incognito/Private Window: Yes, the issue persists in incognito mode.
Different Browser/Cache Cleared: Tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge (cache cleared) – same ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
on trello.com
. Only www.trello.com
works. Manually adding 'www.' (www.trello.com
) works fine.
VPN Test: Works with a VPN.
Atlassian Products: Other Atlassian sites (like id.atlassian.com
) load fine—issue seems specific to trello.com
without ‘www’.
Additional Observations:
ping trello.com
resolves successfully, so DNS isn’t the problem.
Occurs on both my Office network and mobile data, suggesting it’s not local ISP blocking.
