No, collaborators you invite to your Trello board with premium features do not need to have a premium membership to edit the board.
Guests (users who are not members of your workspace) can be invited to individual boards. These guests can view and edit the board depending on the permissions you give them. You are only billed for users who are workspace members or who are added to multiple boards within the same workspace.
