Trello.com fails to load (ERR_CONNECTION_RESET) unless I manually add 'www.' (www.trello.com works).

Trello.com gives ‘ERR_CONNECTION_RESET’ unless I use ‘www.trello.com’. Oddly, ping trello.com works, and the site loads fine with a VPN. Happens on both Wi-Fi (MikroTik) and mobile data. Is Trello’s non-www domain broken, or this issue is in my region?"

Key Details:

• trello.com fails in browsers (Chrome/Firefox/Safari).

• www.trello.com works perfectly.

• ping trello.com resolves correctly (no DNS issue).

We had a little hiccup on our servers, which might have been causing those connection errors you experienced. The good news is that we've addressed the issue, so you should be able to access your boards without any problems now.

Could you give it another try and see if it’s working for you without needing a VPN?
