Trello import to Jira as Business project

1. When we import Trello board into Jira, the importer_user (one who imports the Trello board into Jira) gets added to Developers Project Role.

2. Once the import process gets completed, the importer_user becomes the Reporter for all the Jira issues. 

- Reg point2, my understanding says since Reporter is the Mandatory System field in Jira, so the importer_user becomes the reporter. 

Reg Point1, not able to understand the logic behind. Could anyone please help me with this.
