Trello jumping around when editing comment sections in cards

Is there a way to get Trello to not jump to a new place whenever I click to edit an activity section?  It's disorienting and makes me have to scroll all the way back to the place I wanted to edit.  This seems like it should be a basic functionality in the platform.

Hmm, that does sound weird. I'm afraid we'll need some additional details to understand what's going on to be able to help you troubleshoot the problem. 

I've just tested Trello's performance in a browser, in a desktop app on my computer, and on my iPhone, and I can't reproduce the issue you're describing. 

Could I ask you to create a ticket through https://trello.com/contact adding the answers to the following questions? 

• Which platform are you using to access Trello? Is it in a browser, via a desktop app, or a mobile app (specifying whether it's iOS or Android)? 
• Does this issue occur only on one board or multiple boards? 
• If this issue concerns only one (or several boards), have you noticed any connection between this problem and the number of comments on a card? If so, does it happen in a card with many comments? 
• If it's not too much trouble, would you be able to record a short video showing the issue you're experiencing?  

Creating a ticket gives us access to a few more tools to help investigate, and we can discuss information that can't be shared in the community.
