Trello; looking for standardised Template to make teammembers fill out all data the same way

hi there 

i'm looking to find a way in Trello to create a template to share with employees so they have to fill out all required information the same way all the time. 

the form or template sould be designed that the required information must be filled in in order to close the task.

i'm thinking of a standardised template (non removable). with buckets to fill out all required information.

how can i create such a template/form?

Hi Severin, welcome to the community!

As far as I understand your requirement, you need to create a template or form once and reuse it so users can fill out the information.

In Trello, you can create board and card templates. For example, if you create a card template with a certain checklist and custom field items for users to fill, then the next time you just need to click on "Create card from template" and a new card will be created from that template. You can then assign these cards to the respective users on the board.

With templates, we cannot make any fields mandatory. Trello does not have that functionality.Also, if you are referring to some form that users can fill out, this is also not possible within Trello.

You can look into third-party Power-ups to see if any offer similar functionality.
