I have a Trello license and some guests on the board. Can they use the Trello planner?

Anyone can connect their (Google or Microsoft) calendar to view it in Planner for free, however, the ability to schedule focus time and add cards to it is only available on the paid plans i.e. the user has to be a billable member on a workspace.
