Trello rule saving error "Error saving: NOT_AUTHORIZED"

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have a basic Trello account and do not currently have any rules saved of any kind. When trying to add a rule to a board, I'm getting the following error message: "Error saving: NOT_AUTHORIZED"
How can I troubleshoot this?
