Trello says I cant add anymore people to the board but I don't even have 10 users.

Hello, I went to add my 8th person on my Trello and it says I can not because it only allows 10. 8 is less than 10 so we are just confused why Trello is preventing us from getting work done. 

It is very difficult to communicate with customer service or even chat with someone. Can someone please fix our account at the earliest convenience and confirm by responding back to us? This is a huge inconvenience and we'd like to ensure a prompt fix.
