Trello with telegram bot

I want to sync the telegram chatbot with the trello service. But. The main task of the chatbot is to set a task in trello (no need to register in trello) - I was able to implement this through google excel. Now I want to add a notification to the user about the status of His task (without user registration) and so that notifications come only about his task (and not about all tasks).
