Trigger Rule, when a card is added to a board - to any list "Except"

Hello,

I would like to figure out how to set up a Trigger Rule.

Where when a Card is Added to the Board - to any List "except" a few other Lists that I would enumerate - perform the Action. Except is the keyword here.

Example: Board A has 10 Lists. When I Copy a Card to Board A, perform these Actions only if the Card is copied to Lists 4 to 10.

If the Card is Copied to List 1, 2 or 3 - Don't perform the Action.

I think I found the option under the Advanced tab - When a Card is Added to the Board. the Advanced tab opens up the "filter?" icon, where I can set a "Basic"filter of "Not In" and then enumerate the List Names I want to be excluded for the Trigger Rule.
