Trouble upgrading

Hi everyone
Trying to upgrade to a business subscription but it shows automatically two subscriptions instead of one.

Does anyone know how to change this?

The free offer that I am on runs out in 3 days, I don't want to lose my boards!
I have been in touch with support twice now and no reply as yet :-(

Any help is appreciated.
