Trying to email to [email removed]

When I send the email to inbox@app.trello.com I get the reply:

It looks like you are trying to use Trello’s email-to-board feature, which is great! The only problem is, it looks like the card ********** is in an archived list (Emails). Whoops!

Your email is still being forwarded to that card.

 

I can't figure out how to get it to stop trying to send it to a board.

Hi Melissa! Is this email in a thread that you've forwarded to Trello previously? If so, then forwarding it again will add the newer response as a comment on the card that was originally created, rather than creating a new card. It sounds like that might be happening here. If you try sending or forwarding a new email thread to inbox@app.trello.com, does that work as expected?

It does not. I'm trying to send a brand new email to the inbox.

Thanks for that information. Can you please confirm that the email address you are sending this to is inbox@app.trello.com exactly, with no extra characters? From the message you're seeing, it sounds like you may be sending to a card email address instead.

Yup. It's inbox@app.trello.com exactly. I tried it again today and it worked.....
