Trying to figure out how observers can at least comment on cards?

I have a business class account and I'm looking for a way to allow observers to at least comment on cards - we like the observer permission because it does not allow those users to mess with anything on the board - but we at least need guest members to be able to comment and communicate with each other. Is there a solution to this?

@OCSE - PPGOH  I was an observer on a production board and by definition while all the rest of the members can move and comments on cards, I cannot.
