The teams created here how can I connect them to a JIRA issue?

here you can find some information about Teams https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/what-is-an-atlassian-team/ .You can't connect a team to a specific ticket.

Could you also tell me how I assign a JIRA task to a team as I`m not able to find this out either.  What I have found so far is that it only works if I have defined a plan in the RoadMap.

In Jira, you can't assign a ticket to a team/group but to a single user. Using roadmap you can define which team should to take care of a specific ticket.
