Two accounts with same e-mail would like one

Hi there,

I have an old Trello account connected to my Google mail. I totally forgot about it so once I opened a new (Pro) account I could only use (username2). I do not need the older one anymore and would like the new Pro to have "trello.com/u/username" without the 2.

Can you please let me know how to fix this?

Atlassian accounts use the email address to be unique - you can change the email address, but we can't have two Atlassian accounts with the same address.

I suspect what you need is a merge of the two accounts.  To do that, you'll need to contact Atlassian support over at support.atlassian.com/contact
