Unable to add cover image/no option to add cover image

We've had no trouble creating cover for our cards until today. We get an error message when we try uploading an image to a Trello card cover.  Regardless of what size or format we use, we get the following message:

"Unable to use image_name as a card cover..."

We're currently in the middle of an incident that is affecting card covers due to the AWS outage early today. You can learn more about this incident and track when it will be resolved at https://trello.status.atlassian.com/incidents/0lgddwdrzgnc

Same here! Just started happening to us today - very weird because all other cards still show the option to make the existing image a cover or remove as cover, but if you add a new image to that same card, you cannot make that image a cover. 

All of our newly made cards today cannot have an image due to this issue.
