I have a member who is stuck in the Beta version of Trello and can't revert, even though they never intentionally joined the Beta.
They don't have the purple "Announcements" or "Beta" buttons in the top right corner of their board, which other members have. I'm guessing they're in Beta because their board layout looks similar to other members who are in Beta.
How can I switch them back to the standard version?
By the way, I don't understand English very well, so I asked an AI to write this message for me. I apologize if any of the expressions sound unnatural.
Hi @kanda
The Beta program is wrapping up and we are in the process of moving all Trello users to the new experience. Today, all new users get the new experience and in the coming weeks so will everyone else.
Can I ask why you want to switch to the standard/older version?
Cheers,
Beth
Thank you so much! That was really helpful!
I personally found the old design easier to use, especially because the card UI felt more intuitive.
I liked how all the main options were clearly displayed on the right side—it didn’t need any explanation.
But I’ll do my best to get used to the new design!

We've heard similar feedback and are working on some changes to make the buttons more intuitive and provide options on what content is always visible. I admit it was a bit to get used to for myself but now I appreciate the more modern layout and having to scroll less :)
cheers,
beth
