Unable to see board

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have been added to a work board, all signed in correctly. But unable to actually see the board, I can view the workspace on the menu, can see the board exists.
People are able to create cards, that i can see and access via the notifications.
