Unable to use iOS Outlook addin

The addin adds fine but it just shows blank page when you click on it. Anyone know how I can reset it? I tried install unusual of addin Outlook and Trello and nothing works26875AD3-10E0-44B7-8E3B-3DC230C017AD.jpegC4A3C971-BFD0-4C56-BA99-8D2FCDBACC63.png
