Upgrade from Free to Standard not available

Hi 

I have a single Trello Workspace and I currently have a single Board, I've been using this for about a month.  When I created the account I took out the free Premium trial but concluded I did not need premium so downgraded to Free.

Now I've realised I need to assign members and due dates to individual tasks, which is available on the Standard plan.  However the only upgrade option I have is to Premium, which is twice the price.

Am I missing something?

This is unfortunately not working for me. I click upgrade and then it takes me to another page where it still says only Premium is available to select. This is so strange. Help appreciated!

I'd love to get some more information to fix this for you!  You'll get a notification in a couple of minutes that a ticket has been created on your behalf so we can track this and figure out what's going on.
