I am looking into upgrading and I found out that the monthly fee apply to each workspace rather than myself as a user. I have several workspaces set up on free Trello and enjoy using the functionality but now upon upgrading, I need to upgrade several workspaces.
Basically I have workspaces set up for three different countries. If fee applies to only 1 workspace per monthly charge, then I will have to combine the workspaces which makes it messy.
Please help.

Firstly, as you reported, rather than upgrading one user at a time, you’ll upgrade the entire workspace to Premium. Additionally, Trello Premium includes privacy controls and other administrative tools that are helpful to businesses that want to take greater control of their boards and data. You can check the Premium User Guide for more information about the subscription's individual features and you also can sign up for a Premium Free trial here: https://trello.com/free-trial.
Also, since you have Workspaces for each country, you can organize multiple boards using the "Collections" feature. In Business Class there is a way to group or categorize boards within the Business Class team. This could, for example, be used to group boards by project or department. Thanks for your answer. I am quite confused by the billings. I have read it and still do not understand.
I am a small business with not too many people that need to manage. Before I subscribe, board member already asked what if Trello goes down, where will the data be backed up? Can I export the data so that I do not have to do it all over again having to switch to another app.
I am confused about what I will actually have to pay. I have basically 3 workspaces with different people to share the workspace because of different property management companies.
Members include staff of the property management companies which can be quite a lot of people. from reading the instructions, once I pay for standard or premium, then every one of the members need to pay also?

One of the problem that I encountered was to locate a board out of say 60 boards. How can i quickly go and find that board?
