Use Automation to add Repeater power-up to every new card in a list

I have a list called Daily. I want every new item added to that list to automatically get a Repeater power-up with specific settings. Is this possible? As a compromise, I also tried setting up a template card with the repeater power-up set up, but the power-up doesn't carry over from the template to new cards created from it.

If neither of these are possible, how else can I automate configuring a card as daily when it's added to a "Daily" list?

Right now there's no way to set something like this up, if you want a card to repeat either with our Card Repeater power-up or with automation in Butler then you'll need to set up separate rules for each of the cards you want to repeat.
