Using automation to create reports and the emails arrive with no data inside. Does anyone know why?

I have added triggers, followed the automation tool wizard to create the filtered report, but when I get the email, there is no information in it other than a link to unsubscribe.

Hi @Cindy Mullaney-Evans ! Welcome to the community :) are you able to share a screenshot of your automation command so we can see what's missing? It's most likely you've missed out the {$report} variable in your email message. See documentation here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/creating-reports-with-butler/
