Hi team!
What's up with the new version of Trello? It has become extremely slow and constantly crashes in the Firefox browser!
Is there a way to hire better coders to produce a more quality product? That's actually works?
I wonder about that!
Any thoughts?
Hello @Mike - Dreamsuite Consulting ,
Thank you so much for pointing that out and guiding me — I truly appreciate it. I'll make sure to be more careful and accurate in future responses. Your feedback is noted and valued!
Hello @Alex Buran ,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! 😊
Thank you for your question.
1. Try refreshing the Trello page. This is often the quickest fix for minor UI glitches.
2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies for Trello. You can usually find instructions for doing this in your browser settings. Also, if possible try using it in any other browser with latest browser version.
3. Log out of Trello and then log back in.
4. It's possible this is a known issue, or a temporary outage affecting Trello's services. You can check that on Trello Status page.

There is an issue with number 5...A free Trello cannot contact support and it will direct them to this exact place!
Is your answer AI generated? I've seen the same one for multiple questions and it is a pretty unspecific.
I use Chrome so can't answer for Firefox but I haven't noticed any crashes or slowdowns but I have seen multiple reports of it consuming more memory than before. I believe that there is still an amount of optimisation happening by the Trello team so I would hope this can be improved.
You can certainly try to clear the cache and it may make a difference but I don't expect it will solve the issue.
How many cards do you have on your boards (roughly)?
Under what circumstances is it crashing?

Perhaps I will switch to Chrome then. It's just annoying that devs can't test their new code properly. All for the sake of pushing these stupid floating menues! More raw JS on the screen which already barely loads! My PC is 16RAM, has only two tabs open and the browser still crashes with the new version of Trello!
Come on, lads. You can do better!

Yeah, it definitely shouldn't struggle with that...
