Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone utilizes Trello from a team or personal management standpoint to manage staff utilization in terms of what cards they have assigned. Essentially I want to be able to understand how much of a staff members 40 hours of work a week is available to assign a new project/card. and what projects they have already been allocated for the hours that week. I would prefer a calendar type view showing my the project allocated over the course of the week.
Can I do this in Trello or is this more of a 3rd party thing.
Cheers,
Adam.
Have you taken a look at the analytics and reporting power ups in Trello? Bigpicture, Team Gantt or Projects by Placker maybe a good option.
Thanks Mary, Those tools look great from a project management perspective, but I'm not sure they work for team member utilization, or understanding how many hours a day/week a member is assigned.

There are other power-ups like Harvest and Time camp that help track time. The only issue is that the user manually has to input or start and end their time. If the organization is already logging time elsewhere, this may be repetitive.

Team Gantt lets you track time by estimating time used, actual time used and % completed.
