Voting not tied to user

When someone emails us with a feature request I add their vote to a spreadsheet, eg

count, feature

10,       amazing new feature

7,         awesome new feature

Is there a way to replicate this with voting in Trello? That is, can I increase a vote count for an item I've already voted on?

I don't want to have to refer all my customers to a Trello board to allow them to vote, the vast majority won't do it.
