I am reading the Enterprise documentation of Trello and I am reading a lot about Super admin, but I cannot find anywhere what does this super admin exactly do?
I was looking to limit who can create boards, or force all the boards to be private, but I cannot find anywhere any documentations related to super admin "powers"
Any help?

For free teams, an admin of a team is just an admin of the team. They can control some stuff on the team, but they aren't automatically admin of any team board. But
For Business Class teams, an admin becomes Super Admin. A super admin essentially just allows the BC team admin to be automatically admin on all team boards.
You can lock down "who" can create private boards, public boards, and team visible boards down to team member, admin, or nobody. but you cannot say "Sally can create public boards but Dominique cannot.

Could you elaborate a little more? It is the same a super admin, than a team admin?
If I were to create, a bosses team, and then a team for eahc boss. Lests say:
Bosses Team - Limited to creating private boards, and team visible boards
Team 1 - Nobody can create boards.
Team 2 - Noboday can create boards.
Will the people in the bosses team be able to manage teams 1 and 2? Or should they be able to be team admins?
