What does Checklist Reset Do?

Checklist Reset sounds the same as Uncheck Checklist to me. What is the difference?

I'm looking for the simplest way to return to an original list each week. Tasks will be added and deleted during the week, so just unchecking the list won't return it to how it starts.

Hi Sarah,

Are you referring to Butler rules? You're right that resetting a checklist or unchecking the items won't return the checklist back to the state at the start of the week. I'd recommend the following:

• Create a card somewhere on your board that has the original version of the checklist that should be restored every week.
• Create a Butler rule which removes the edited/changed checklist from the card
• Add a second action to that Butler rule which adds the checklist from the card in the first step.
