Does anyone have a direct link to raise a Customer Service Complaint for Trello? I raised a ticket in early March and still not resolved.
Ticket number CA 2878977 I have messaged and emailed many times and yet it remains a Priority 4 response.
What kind of issues relate to different Priorities - can this be explained please and how can I connect with a single person to address my issue specifically. Each time a different person replies with a generic response.

I cannot explain why is it happening like this. Recently, Atlassian had a lot of support requests. Now why is every time a different person answering to the question you have, I am not aware of. Best option for you is to directly ask them about this. Not sure if this is the company policy or not, but I understand your frustration.
