Which Trello offer and how to subscribe ?

Hello,

We are a little enterprise and we start using Trello for our global organisation.

We created 1 "main" account, and will have 7 other accounts working on the workspace, shared with every account of the society.

So it can be 8 accounts working simultaneously on the workspace.

We will have to subscribe to a "standart" or "premium" offer, but we don't know what is the best way to subscribe.
Because we share the workspace, do we have to subscribe only for this workspace or we have to subscribe for each account ?
