Why can’t I add a new member to my Trello board?

I'm trying to invite a new member to my Trello board, but the option doesn’t seem to work. The invite either doesn’t go through, or I don’t see the “Add Members” button (Read More). The board is part of a workspace, and I have admin permissions. Could this be a Trello plan limitation, a workspace setting, or something else? The user has an Atlassian account, and I’ve double-checked their email. Are there any troubleshooting steps I should follow to fix this issue? Any help would be appreciated!

The free plan now limited to 10 collaborators. Are you using the free plan?
