Why cant my shared users use my created buttons even when they are admin users?

I initially set up Trello and then shared all my boards with my colleagues and made them admins. I have created buttons which the other users cannot seem to use. Why is it that they cannot use my created buttons or vise versa?

Hey Richard, 

Your colleagues are admins so you're fine with the permission, beyond that you need to share the Butler button and then they can enable it, the button needs to be enabled on their account on the board. 

Can you ask them to try it? This should solve your problem.
