This is super frustrating. For some reason the Toggl integration on Trello disconnects sometimes and I have to repurchase the annual license. I have done this a few times already and I'm not doing it again.
I open a card, start a timer on that task then use it to manage myself that way. Now it's screwing up my entire project management workflow.
Isn't there a way to restore a purchase?
Please help, I'm so frustrated and can't find their direct support email anywhere!
Trello doesn't bill on behalf of Toggl, so are you looking for Toggl's direct support email? (Trello doesn't have one - just the https://trello.com/contact page)
