Why is a bonus power-up grayed out?

What does it mean when a power-up is badged as a bonus, but the "add" button is grayed out? I haven't already added it to my board. I'm in enterprise Trello.

It looks like your organization has limitations on which Power-Ups they allow to be enabled on boards within the organization. If you haven't already, you might consider reaching out to your admin and mention that you were interested in this particular Power-Up, perhaps they could allow it. Ultimately, it would be up to the admin to make that decision. I hope this helps shed more light on the topic!

For anyone else curious about Bonus Power-Ups:

Bonus Power-Ups are Power-Ups that do not count against the Power-Up limit when enabled. They continue to not count against the Power-Up limit so long as they stay enabled on that board.

Power-Ups are made Bonus so that you can give them a try without them taking up a slot in your Power-Ups' limit.

@Melody KirkWagner I'm not sure what bonus means, but one thing to double check is that the board you're on is part of your enterprise team.

Trello's billing is a bit different in that a single "user" (in this case you) can be a member of multiple board and multiple teams, and that boards can either be part of a team or personal.

If a board were personal, then even though you might be a member of an enterprise team, you wouldn't be able to add unlimited power ups to your personal board.

Likewise, if you were a member of an enterprise team and the board you're looking at belongs to a different, free team then you wouldn't have unlimited power ups.
